FRAG SUPPLY is an independent fragrance decant retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by or otherwise associated with any of the fragrance brands whose products are referenced or offered on our website, unless expressly stated otherwise.

All brand names, fragrance names, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property displayed or referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners.

Any references to third-party brands and products are used for identification and descriptive purposes to identify the genuine fragrance from which a FRAG SUPPLY sample or decant originates.

FRAG SUPPLY does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks or intellectual property.

The FRAG SUPPLY website, https://fragsupply.com.au, clearly identifies our samples and decants as products that have been independently decanted and rebottled by FRAG SUPPLY from genuine original fragrance products.

OUR PROCESS

Our decanting process involves transferring fragrance from its original bottle into smaller, new atomisers suitable for sampling and personal use.

This allows customers to experience a fragrance in a smaller quantity before deciding whether they wish to purchase a full retail bottle, as well as providing convenient sizes for personal use and travel.

Each sample and decant is independently prepared and rebottled by FRAG SUPPLY from our bottles of authentic fragrance.

FRAG SUPPLY does not dilute, modify or reformulate the fragrance during the decanting process.

The final product supplied to the customer contains genuine fragrance transferred from its original bottle into a FRAG SUPPLY atomiser and clearly labelled to identify the fragrance and its original brand.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, FRAG SUPPLY samples and decants are not official manufacturer samples and have not been bottled, packaged, authorised or endorsed by the original fragrance manufacturer.

The original fragrance brands do not control or warrant FRAG SUPPLY's independent decanting, rebottling or packaging process. FRAG SUPPLY is responsible for the preparation and supply of its independently decanted products.

AUTHENTICITY

Authenticity is extremely important to FRAG SUPPLY.

We guarantee that the fragrance contained in our samples and decants is authentic. Our fragrance bottles are sourced from reputable retailers and suppliers, and we take reasonable steps to ensure the authenticity of the products we purchase.

FRAG SUPPLY does not knowingly purchase or sell counterfeit or imitation fragrance products.

We do not dilute, alter or reformulate genuine fragrances when transferring them into our decant atomisers.

Our goal is to provide customers with genuine fragrances in accessible 2ml, 5ml and 10ml sizes while being completely transparent that the decanting, rebottling, labelling and distribution of these products is performed independently by FRAG SUPPLY.
